This spring, take a culinary journey to the sun-drenched south of Italy. Executive Chef Jason Pfeifer has created a five-course Sicilian tasting menu, celebrating the island cuisine that’s known for bountiful seafood, bright citrus, and exotic touches like saffron, inspired by Sicily’s historical Arab influence. Take a tour through the classic seaside flavors of Sicily, from seared octopus and blood orange salad to ‘Pasta con le Sarde’ – bucatini pasta with anchovy, wild fennel, pine nuts, and currants – and a new take on chicken Marsala.

Wine Director Jenni Guizio has chosen a range of fresh, mineral wines by the glass from Sicily and Corsica – the Costa Magica – that are perfect pairings for the tasting menu, and a lively way to welcome spring.
